Fresh Super Cement
Composition

Clinker 95% to 100%; Gypsum 0% to 5%

Advantages
  • Produces highly durable and sound concrete due to a very low percentage of alkalis, chloride, magnesia and free lime in its composition
  • Almost negligible chloride content results in restraining corrosion of concrete structure at the unfriendly environment
  • Significant saving in cement consumption while making concrete of grades M30, M35, M40 & M50 and pre-cast segments due to high strength


Meghnacem Deluxe Cement
Composition

Clinker 95% to 100%; Gypsum 0% to 5%

Advantages
  • Produces highly durable and sound concrete due to a very low percentage of alkalis, chloride, magnesia and free lime in its composition

Dhalai Special Cement

Composition

Clinker 80% to 94%; Slag, Fly Ash, Limestone 6% to 20%; Gypsum 0% to 5%

Advantages
  • Achieves equal strength of OPC cement in first 2 days
  • Ensures the 50% of 28 days sturdiness of PCC cement in just first 2 days, and 85% sturdiness in just first 7 days
  • Reduces the need for long-term shuttering due to its ‘Rapid Hardening’ tendency and eventually saves cost
  • Ensures approximately 25% more sturdiness in comparison to PCC cements
  • Helps in starting the internal brick work earlier due to its 'Rapid Hardening' tendency and reducing the need for long term shuttering

More Fine
  1. Finer cement reacts faster with water and earlier strength gain
  2. Bleeding can be reduced by increasing fineness
  3. Shrinkage can be reduced by increasing fineness
More Fair
  1. Structures that are decorated with fair-faced concrete are aesthetically pleasing to other decorative materials
  2. The application of fair-faced concrete can effectively reduce construction costs, and by simplifying the usage process, it can shorten the construction time and reduce labour costs
Better Bond
  1. Bonds are defined by the physical connections of the grains due to the presence of hydrated cement materials. These bonds are responsible for an increase of compressive strength and stiffness and they provide tensile strength to granular (cohesionless) materials.
