Chain Management: This course begins with
an overview of the entire supply chain management process and then
discusses order qualifiers/order winners, the basics of MRP,
dependent vs. independent demand, master planning, production
scheduling, forecasting techniques, determining order quantities,
ABC analysis, inventory management, capacity management, and
production activity control. It also discusses supplier selection,
supplier agreements, the quality management system,
lean/just-in-time manufacturing, and the theory of constraints.

Strategic Management of Resources: In this course you'll learn the relationship to, and the impact of, existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing strategy and supply chain-related functions. You'll cover in detail three main topics: aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan, and implementing change. You'll examine and understand competitive market issues, the choices available to you affecting facilities, supply chain, information technology, organizational design. You'll learn how to configure and integrate internal processes, and how to evaluate and effectively manage projects. Master Planning of Resources: In this course you'll learn the vital processes used to develop sales and operations plans; You'll learn to identify and assess internal and external demand and forecasting requirements. The course will emphasize for you the importance of producing achievable master schedules that are consistent with business policies, objectives, and resource constraints. CIRM Courses: Designing Products and Processes: This course will prepare for
the APICS CIRM certification exam as well as teach you the systems,
approaches, and strategies used by an enterprise to convert a need or
innovation into into a product, process, or service, that meets the
expectations of both the enterprise and the and the customer. Derived directly from
